Magnesium helps support healthy bones and joints, promote a good night's sleep, and reduce stress, anxiety, sore muscles, and cramps. The addition of pure organic lavender blooms aids in calm and healing. Gently massage onto the soles of your feet, belly, armpits, wrists, and any area in need of tension release and support.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, Distilled water, Organic Lavender blooms (Lavandula Angustifolia)

Recommended use of up to 20 sprays daily. Shake well before use + Keep in a cool place.

Avoid contact with eyes + Do not use on damaged or broken skin.

The liquid has a purple hue that might lightly stain but is washable. Avoid contact with clothes until absorbed.
